Tuition: $150 per month

**all children must be potty trained.
Registration:
Registration forms are located
at the Parish office or for download here. Please return
the completed form with a $50.00 non- refundable
registration fee. Classes are filled in order of
received and completed registration forms. Open
enrollment begins April 1, 2012. If September payment
and registration are received by June 1, 2012 the
registration fee will be waived.
In the event classes do not fulfill the minimum
enrollment, St. Peter’s reserves the right to merge
classes. If classes are merged, parents may choose to
remove their child and receive a refund of the
enrollment fees.
Please have up to date immunizations for your child.
Complete the certificate of Immunization Status from the
State of Oregon.
